Chloe Ray
Chloe earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in communications from the University of South Alabama. From there, she interned with the Dauphin Island Sea Lab assisting with lab work and served an AmeriCorps term with the Student Conservation Association performing invasive species management, water quality monitoring and trail work.
At the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, she worked on permitting for environmental resources such as docks, wetland permitting and living shorelines. While at Mobile Baykeeper, she developed and executed monitoring plans, managed and upkept field and lab equipment, and performed field work.
At the PPBEP, Chloe is responsible for assisting with the implementation of the Living Shoreline Assistance Program, Water Quality Monitoring Program and other project specific monitoring.
In her free time, Chloe loves being in the outdoors whether hiking or a beach day, hanging with her dog Mr. Fenton, crocheting and thrifting!
